US Domestic Shipping
All artwork is well protected with board backing and cellophane sleeve, specialty packaged in an EcoEnclose Sustainable Packaging carton and shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most shipping in the U.S. is estimated around $10.50 for 1-3 day service. I prefer this method as it arrives quickly and provides a tracking number.
International Shipping
All artwork is well protected with board backing and cellophane sleeve, specialty packaged in an EcoEnclose Sustainable Packaging carton and shipped USPS Priority Mail. International shipping charges will vary.
Return Policy for Custom Artwork
My work is custom-made with care and personalized to your specifications. Due to the unique nature of custom artwork, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
• All Sales Are Final: Once an order is confirmed and work has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Approval Process: If requested, I can provide previews for approval before finalizing the artwork. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and request any minor adjustments during this stage.
• Damage or Issues: If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within [7} days with photos, and I will work with you on a resolution.
• Satisfaction Commitment: I strive to ensure you love your custom piece. While I do not offer refunds, I am happy to make minor revisions (within reason) before final delivery.
